im trying to make the most out of my wardrobe right now by just layering pieces that i have used over the summer. the weather has been quite nice this week and im just grateful that we're still on the positive temperatures.

guess what? today, while i was trying to take outfit photos, the wind caught my camera at such a bad position and pushed it over the ground. the lens hit the cement and it won't function properly now. to cut the long story short, i have officially said goodbye to my camera. it sucks because i have a couple of parties to go to this weekend and i need to have a camera to take photos of course.

absolutely nothing wrong with repeating an outfit...I do it all the time lol and as far as the bangs if you are unsure part your hair about an inch or two down the middle and try on the clip on hair extensions ....that way if you don't like the way you look you can just take them out lol ...the beauty of fake hair lol

that's such a neat idea!!! i might have to really try that out first. that or, i might try and use some photo editing skills and see how i would look with hair in my forehead! hahahaha!

as promised, im all about catching up with all the fashion related posts that i owe you! as i mentioned in one of my posts, i went to a garage sale last week and i ended up bagging this floral romper. i actually didn't realize it was a romper until i got it, so i guess now i can say that i own my very first one!

outfit: vintage romper, 3d glasses, sirens belt, gojane oxfords, f21 ring

i think it's vintage because the cut is quite odd and low waisted --unlike the rompers that you see in stores right now. i actually like it. i just added a belt to break-up the floral print overdose and to make the style better for my bodyshape.

aside from the garage sale, i also received a few cosmetic items. im not a big make-up person, but once in a while i do find myself watching youtube tutorials and wanting to tinker around with my face. one of my professors at the university gave me the maybelline 4 eye shadow palette, while arianne gave me the nude lipsticks (neutrogena: sheer luck & revlon: almost nude).

she also gave me this wonderful 88 eye shadow color palette! look at those shades!! what more can i ask for! i'm no make-up expert, but i can't wait to experiment with this!!

today i met up with arianne downtown after her work. she went to shopper's drugmart to get her stash of cosmetics while i ended up going around some stores.. and guess what happened?

ok ok.. let me explain.. urban planet had this massive sale! the blazer was only $5! how can you say no to that?!! and the mint nail polish was only $1. so yeah, i gave in to temptation. don't worry i have good news for you too. that is, i also got some stuff for the upcoming giveaway!! woot! but i'll save that for another post.

so anyway, we rode the bus and went to osbourne for some nachos, window shopping and starbucks ice blended tea! some girly bonding time for us! :D

oh and yay for an outfit post, i know i owe you one! got this top from Jasmine through our little clothes swap. i know you've seen these shorts a number of times, but it's impossible for me not to match it with this striped number. nautical look for the win!

i'm actually a size 7, too bad we can't share shoes (hahaha, as if that's even possible!). speaking of shoes, i was window shopping awhile ago and i discovered this boutique that sold Jeffrey Campbell shoes!!!! aaaaaaaaahhh!!!! they actually have the Mary Roks wedges that i've been lusting for in black. the salesperson told me that they might order the beige ones so i'm keeping my fingers crossed. can i just mention how i was such a complete dork going giddy as i tried the display JC Mary Roks in the store (it was my first time to actually try a JC pair). i'm a very shallow human being, i know. hahahaha!

i know i'll be squeezing my account if i end up purchasing one of these babies. but seriously, i've been looking for the perfect pair of nude shoes and seeing that they're only $35 (with shipping), i'm so tempted to get them! aaahhh, i've been dreaming of this!

the pair with the bows and the low heels is just so darling and adorable! perfect for those girly looks i've been trying out lately. on the other hand, the dark taupe pair has that classic look with the unexpected sole/heel design.

aaahh yes, isn't it amazing!? i love their cream-stick blush too!! their black liquid liner is a dupe for the mac one and they recently added nail polish in their beauty line!! i mean, pretty much, if you live in canada, joe fresh is pure amazingness! hahaha!
