the 'real world' has finally answered my prayers! i finally got a job offer from the insurance company i applied for a few months back. i was told that the training starts on august 16. what's weird is that my friend and i were planning to long drive to calgary on that week. on her side, it was a treat since she just passed her nursing curriculum. on my side, it was a good time to see my boy who i terribly miss. but of course now, the whole plan is changed because of the job offer.
im still contemplating whether i want to go to calgary at an earlier week since technically speaking i do have about 3 weeks before the job training begins. but i don't know yet. that would mean flying there (because my friend can't long drive at an earlier time) which is way more expensive than driving.
good things really come to those who wait. now that i got a job offer, i just want to be with my boy before i start getting busy. since im new in the workforce, it might take awhile for me to be able to book days off, right? can someone just take me to calgary for free? hahaha, i wish!

yeah dear you're right! when you start working you can't easily get day offs. so go!=) And i would love to be in Paris, Cambodia (to visit angkor wat),or Peru (to visit Machu Picchu) right now. Lol.:)
